GRADE 12 PROVINCIAL EXAM
The Grade 12 students will be writing their Provincial English Exams May 31st to June 3.
MEET & EAT K - 6
Parents are welcome to bring and enjoy lunch with their child(ren) from 11:50 to 12:15, followed by supervised activities from 12:15 to 12:35. Dates are June 2, 9, 16, & 23. Yearbook lunches will be available on June 9th & 23rd. Feel free to bring your lawn chairs.

MINI UNIVERSITY
On June 9th Brandon University will be here to talk about their Mini Universities available over the summer. 1:30-2:00p.m.—Gr.7-10
2:00-2:30p.m.—Gr. 1-6
KITE DAY GRADES 1 - 12
You are invited to participate in our kite making and flying time on June 11th at 2:15 p.m.
PANCAKE BREAKFAST
The School Choir will be hosting a pancake breakfast on June 16th from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Pancakes, sausages, and beverage for $5.00. EVERYONE WELCOME!
ENTERTAINMENT AT DAVIDSON MEMORIAL
On June 17th the High School Choir will be singing at Davidson Memorial @ 3:45 p.m.
On June 22nd the K – 6 classes will be there at 9:45 a.m.
GR. 5 – 8 FIELD TRIP
The Gr. 5 – 8 Field Trip will be on Friday, June 18th. The students will be going to the Winkler Pool for swimming and a picnic lunch. More information to follow.
SPORTS DAY
The school sports day will be on Friday, June 25th starting at 1:00 p.m. The first event will be the Pre School race. More information will be sent home shortly, including lunch prices.
FINAL EXAMS
Final Exams will be on June 21st to June 24th. As per school policy, students may be awarded exemptions for maintaining excellent grades,
attendance and attitude. Exemptions will be announced on Friday, June 18th.
REPORTS ISSUED
Elementary reports will be sent home with students after the Awards Program. Grade 9 –
12 reports will be ready at the school office on Friday, June 25th in the afternoon. It would
be appreciated if they could be picked up by students or parents. Thank-you.
GRADUATION
C.C.I.S. Grade 12 Graduation exercises will be held in the Cartwright Centennial Auditorium on Saturday, June 26th at 7:30 p.m. The Grade 9-12 awards will be presented this evening. Everyone is cordially invited to the exercises.
AWARDS DAY
Kindergarten – Grade 8 Awards will be held on Tuesday, June 29th at 11:00 a.m. in the school gym. Everyone is invited to attend the awards ceremony. Please Note: Children will be dismissed following the ceremonies and buses will be running at approximately 12:05 p.m.
